•½ cup of Coconut MCT Canna-oil
•1 packet of flavored gelatin or Jello
•2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
•½ cup of cold water
•½ teaspoon of sunflower or soy lecithin oil
•Cooking Spray
•Combine water and canna-oil and sunflower oil in a saucepan.
•Place the pan on the stove over low heat.
•Add both gelatins and whisk for 15 minutes, never allowing the mixture to boil.
•Spray molds with cooking spray
•Quickly spoon the mixture into the molds.
•Once the molds are filled, place them into a freezer until they harden.
•Remove the gummies from the molds, and place them into an air-tight storage container.
