INGREDIENTS

•3 tbsp Olive Canna-oil

•3 cloves garlic, minced

•4 large tomatoes, diced

•¼ cup red onion, diced

•¼ cup basil, thinly sliced

•1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

•1 tsp salt

•½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

•Gently stir to combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

•Cover with plastic wrap and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

•Serve on top of the toasted bread slices.
